Because each Basket is one of a kind and ships internationally, we are unable to accept returns unless your piece arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@nineteen60.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right.

EU customers: a 14-day cooling-off period applies under EU consumer law.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, your order will have entered production and cancellation will no longer be possible.
